The Case for Open Services Innovation: The Commodity Trap
Chesbrough, Henry W.
53/3  (Spring 2011): 5-20 *

This is an excerpt from Henry Chesbrough’s new book, Open Services Innovation: Rethinking Your Business to Grow and Compete in a New Era.
